At Jild leather, we strive to provide the best quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary and we want to make the process as easy as possible.

-Customer can Return or Exchange within 30 days of receiving their order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless the item was damaged upon receipt). Once we’ve received the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned product. -We will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost.

-We do not accept returns against refunds for custom orders. Please understand that your custom order is specially made for you. All details including style, material, accessories are as per your choice and we are not likely to sell it to anyone else. -Refunds not available for sale items. We offer exchange on sale items.

Size Issue

We highly suggest using our sizing chart before ordering any product from our website. Our team will assist you.

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation requests can be placed before order shipping. Once order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange:

Any item you purchased from our store can be exchanged or returned on the following basis:

(Required images with original tags) Received item is different than what was ordered. (Required images with original tags) Exchanges are subject to availability. Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. We allow customers to return their ordered product within 05 days of time. Once we will receive the product at our Fulfillment Center accordingly, we will start the inspections process and within 48 Hours of receipt we will start the desired process of reimbursements. (Usually, the process of reimbursements can take 4 – 7 Working Days to reflect in the statement of your Original Payments Method) To process your exchange, we will need your order number, photos of the item, and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.
