The coat has light colored spots on it. And it was delivered to the wrong address.

The coat does not look like the picture. The bottons are positioned wrong. The jacket looks irregular because of the buttons. I am so disappointed. I was looking forward to having this coat. It also runs smaller than the measurements. The arms feel tight, and the body part of the coat is big in the back. What am oddly mde coat. Also, I returned the jacket and have not heard anything about refunding the $189. I spent on thia jacket.
